Here you will find a step by step guide on how to apply Minx nails, like any new product we realize that there is going to be a bit of a learning curve and that practise is the only way to perfect the art of minxing.
Gently warm cleansed and manicured nails and Minx infrared heat source.
Under heat, select the Minx size that best suit the nail
Peel the minx from the backing sheet
Under heat, apply to the nail by aligning the curved end of the Minx up close, but not touching, the eponychium. gently pull taut and fold excess Minx over the free edge and secure under the finger.
Starting at the eponychium, use your thumb to smooth Minx from the centre of the nail to the side walls working your way down to the free edge adhering Minx smoothly to the nail surface.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 10 secounds. At a 45 degree angle to the free edge, remove excess using a minx glass file
Remove excess Minx
Return to heat and use a soft cuticle pusher to ensure complete adhesion and check that sides and all edges are snug and air tight.
Ask for your client's approval by getting them to check for smoothness.
